(a) |
All funding (Seed money) to the RDA come from BETS or other profit organizations sponsored by BETS. This fund is placed as a Quarterly contribution to the RDA. |

(b) |
Funds from BETS or its sister organizations shall continue till such time RDA is self sustaining. From then onwards these contributions shall remain as a standby fund to supplement to any deficit in RDA's budgetary requirement.

(c) |
In order to attain sustainability RDA shall devote to all legal means permitted within the framework of BETS and as per decisions taken in BOM meeting. |

(d) |
No voluntary donation/contribution in the form of cash is acceptable to RDA. However, support in the form of services or assistance from co-operating institutions for any of RDA's on-going programs are acceptable.

(e) |
BETS shall work as the “Fund Manager” and manage fund within the legal framework of the country. Fund Manager is accountable to BOM. Any surplus generated through the activities of RDA shall be recycled within the RDA. |
